What are the parameters of the circular assembly line?
The explanation as below：
1、 Horizontal circulating assembly line/production line jacking parallel transfer machine
1) The jacking cylinder adopts SMC brand.
2) The lifting and load transfer power adopts Taiwan brand 90W motor.
3) The driven conveyor belt adopts 5mm thick anti slip belt with guide strip.
4) The transmission shaft is made of A3 steel, and the transmission wheel adopts special plastic grooved roller
Electrical control part
Equipped with a set of electrical control box. The electric box is equipped with Mitsubishi PLC controller (program controller), and the control electrical switches are imported brands.
2、 Circulating assembly line/production line structure part:
1) The line guide rail adopts 118*100 special aluminum profile, and the chain adopts triple speed engineering plastic chain;
2) The supporting stands are made of 40*40aluminum
3) Domestic blocker is used for each working station on the assembly line/production line
4) The power socket is a multi-function and universal socket, which is located below the line
5) The upper and lower parts of the assembly line/production line structure are equipped with 6-diameter gas distribution pipes;
6) The lamp holder is made of 40*40 aluminum, and equip with energy-saving fluorescent lamps
7) SOP structure on the assembly line/production line include A4 acrylic board with green as the bottom and transparent as the surface
8) Hanger for screwdrivers will be set above of the assembly line/production line
9) Set a set of emergency stop switches at both ends of the assembly line/production line
10) The storage shelf is made of 18mm thickness plywood, with white fireproof board on the surface
3、2 sets of power part will be set for the circulating assembly line/production line
1) The power adopts gear reduction motor, 2 sets in total for the assembly line/production line
2) The frame is made of 40*40 and 40*80 aluminum materials
3) The security appearance is painted in white color.
