In the special site for mass production, the management regulations of the operation area shall be observed.
- All the workers must be familiar with the use of various testing instruments and meters on the automatic production line/assembly line/conveyor line. The monitoring instruments and meters required during operation shall be in good condition. Important test instruments can only be used after accuracy verification.
- Before starting the machine of the automatic production line/assembly line/conveyor line, the transmission parts must be rotated by hand to confirm that the operation is flexible. Each operating handle is flexible, accurate, safe and reliable.
- According to the lubrication system diagram and lubrication regulations of the automatic production line/assembly line/conveyor line, check that the lubrication system should operate normally, clean and unblocked, so as to avoid the seizure of parts caused by dry friction during operation.
