Assembly line, how to do the maintain for long-term use?

Precautions for maintenance of assembly line:

1. Check whether the power supply is normal and whether the electric control box is abnormal. Check whether the measuring power supply of the electric control box is normal every week, and fasten the connection terminals.
2. Check whether the signal of each indicator is normal. If the indicator light is damaged, it shall be replaced in time.
3. Check whether there is abnormal sound on the collector rail on the assembly line. Listen to whether there is any abnormal sound. If it is serious, arrange time for timely maintenance. Use fine sand to remove dirt during maintenance every season.
4. Check whether there is abnormal wear sound of collector. Listen to whether there is any abnormal sound. If it is serious, arrange time for timely maintenance. Use fine sand to remove dirt and carbon during quarterly maintenance.
5. Check whether the motor of assembly line has abnormal sound. Check whether the motor power supply is normal, whether the bearing of the motor is damaged, and whether each component is damaged, and repair it.
6. Check whether there is abnormal noise in the transmission, check whether there is lack of oil and whether the transmission gear is damaged. Repair and replace it.
7. Check whether the drive chain is loose. Maintain each movable joint of the transmission chain quarterly and add lubricating oil. If it is loose, adjust it in time.
8. Whether the lighting fluorescent lamp is fully on. Replace and repair the lighting in case of damage during daily inspection.
