This Manual Pallets Roller Conveyors Assembly Lines with Low Cost is mainly contained two gravity roller lines at sides of non motorized assembly line and moving pallets. The gravity conveyor is produced with stainless steel gravity roller, of course you can choose gravity galvanized rollers which is in lower cost. The tooling green pallets for the assembly line are moved by the pushing of man. Workers are standing/sitting at two sides of the manual assembly line and do the assembling jobs on the pallets, then push the pallets to be moved to next working station, which the pallets can be moved by circle and workers no need to carry the pallets from the end to the start.
This tooling plate is designed to two layers, the top layer is round shade and can rotate by 360 degree, which is much help for products assembling. Or you can choose only one layer to reduce the cost for the assembly line. The gravity rollers support the pallets movement, which is easy to move on the wheels. For pallets moving supports, there are wheel roller line and Laifu wheels, roller for options. You can choose according to your products conditions. For LCL shipments, we use export wooden case to pack the assembly line.

For container shipments, we use plastic film or pallet to pack the assembly line.
For straight line tv assembly line, it is better that set one flat belt conveyor at the bottom of the assembly line to return the pad and set two lifters to catch up the pad from the top/bottom, then you can save the labour cost and improve your workers’ working efficiency.
But the cost is higher than the manual circle LED TV assembling line. If you are the beginner, then this type manual assembly line is good choice.
